Service Calls

Most of our customers prefer us to come to their residence (a house call) or business to assess an appliance. However, you can, if you wish, bring the appliance to us for a Workshop Repair.

A call out can be cancelled at any time up to 4.30pm on the preceding working day and a refund will be provided. Cancellations on the day can be rebooked at no charge. If a cancellation is made within 90 minutes of the time booked, a cancellation fee of $45.00 may be incurred.

Where a technician attends a customer's home or premises during the time frame agreed and no access is then available to the premises the a No-Access out charge will apply.

Spare parts Supply

We can supply spare parts for all of the brands of appliances we repair and service.

To order parts please fill out our Request a Part Form or call us on 07 578 4454. Please have your product's make and model number ready. See info about our warranty on parts supplied.

We do endeavor to carry most common parts, however some parts will need to be ordered. We will endeavor to give you an estimated time of arrival on all parts ordered through EASE. Most suppliers can supply parts overnight so there should not be much of a delay.

Payment options

Payment for services supplied by Appliance Repairs can be made in all the normal ways below. Payment for diagnosing the appliance is payable upon initial visit. All other incurred cost are payable upon completion of the job.
